2020-2025 Strategic Plan

Message from our Board Chair

The Children's Aid Society of Ottawa (CASO) and its Board of Directors have engaged with staff and community partners to develop the 2020-2025 strategic plan.

Like many organizations, our work environment is ever changing, and as such, we commit to measuring our work regularly and revisit our plan annually to ensure emerging opportunities are accounted for.

What will remain consistent is our vision to achieve three stretch goals:

• No child or youth will grow up in our care;
• No child or youth will exit our care into loneliness; and,
• Families feel empowered to make the best decisions for their child.

We are re-imagining our agency; an organization that works WITH children, youth, families and their communities. Our plan aims to generate authentic engagement and create a culture of inclusion.

Together, we will do better.
