Important disclaimer: If your concern is regarding the safety of a child, please call 613-747-7800. Calls can be made anonymously and allow intake workers to receive the necessary information to address immediate safety concerns.
If you are unable to call our office, we ask that you please include the following information in your email. Please note that it may take 2-5 days to receive a response to your email inquiry.
- Detailed information regarding the child(ren)/caregiver in question (name of child/caregiver, address, age, etc).
- Detailed concerns (What worries you most about the child’s safety? How has the child been impacted by the concerns?)
- Your telephone number or email address. Note: Telephone numbers are preferred. An intake worker may reach out if further information is required. Without critical information, we may not be in a position to properly assess the concerns.
